The helpdesk started functioning from today and would continue till the last date of applying for admission to different courses.

Panjab University issues new guidelines for online exam of odd semesters-Feb 2021

CHANDIGARH: Panjab University has issued additional Instructions for Online Examinations of Odd Semesters – February 2021. Dr Jagat Bhushan, Controller of Examination informed that the USOL and Private Students appearing in the Morning Slot of examination i.e. 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM, are also required to upload the single pdf of answer sheet to the link given at the UG/PG websites of Panjab University along with an undertaking which is to be clicked while uploading the answer sheet online.

CHANDIGARH:The Punjab Higher Education and Languages Minister Mr. Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa has written a letter to the Vice Chancellor of Panjab University, Chandigarh Dr. Raj Kumar to conduct Senate elections without any further delay. 'By not conducting elections the university administration is denying the right to vote to the constituents of the Senate of the University, which is not only against the established democratic principles, but it is also against the laws, regulations, and statutes as they stand today,' said Bajwa.

Panjab University To Play Nodal Role As Technology Enabling Centre in the Region

CHANDIGARH: The Panjab University has been selected by the Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi, as one of the Nodal centres in the region for establishing the Technology Enabling Centre (TEC) at Panjab University, Chandigarh. This may lead to an allocation of Rs 5 crore to PU for developing a self sustainable TEC, through the next 5 years.
